I think that the trickiest part of setting up just random chat coms is how many people are currently in disagreement or distrustful of each other right now. :(
I would set one up but even then a lot of people I like don't like each other. I know there were a few other attempts at simple random chat coms but I don't know that they have been very active.
Not sure through. I have been kind of busy myself. <3
